Environmental Program Compliance

Harris & Lee Environmental Sciences, LLC offers environmental program compliance support to help our clients manage their environmental risk. These activities can include the following:

• Permitting and reporting requirements under RCRA for facilities that generate, treat, or store hazardous waste or non-hazardous waste;
• Compliance with CUPA six programs:
  o  Hazardous Materials Business Plan/Emergency Response Plan,
  o  Hazardous Waste/Tiered Permitting,
  o  Underground Storage Tanks,
  o  Aboveground Storage Tanks (SPCCs),
  o  California Accidental Release Program, and
  o  Uniform Fire Code Hazardous Materials Management Plan;
• Biohazardous/Medical Waste Management (California Medical Waste Management Act)
• Site-specific Health and Safety Plans (HASPs)
• Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs)
